Kiersten L. Lane

Biography

Kiersten L. Lane is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law where she earned the degree of Juris Doctor in 2000. Prior to this, she attained a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997.

Ms. Lane worked for the Allegheny County Public Defender's Office for five years after law school and has handled numerous cases to verdict.

She joined the law firm of DeMarco & Negle, LLP, in 2005, and with her diverse courtroom experience, she represents law firm clients in criminal matters and handles general litigation for the firm.  This work includes adversarial representation for business clients, particularly in contract matters.

Ms. Lane received Mediation Certification by completion of the Federal Bar Association program in 2009. She has experience in mediation, particularly in Federal EEOC and employment law matters.
