Biography
Michael D. DeMarco attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and attained the degree of Juris Doctor in 1973. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1970. Mr. DeMarco is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and United States Tax Court. He is the founding member of DeMarco & Negle, LLP, a Pittsburgh based law firm.
Mr. DeMarco concentrates in business transactions and planning, tax advice and counsel, and real estate transaction representation.
In 2009, Mr. DeMarco received Mediation Certification by successful completion of the Federal Bar Association program. He has been actively involved in numerous business and real estate mediation matters and has participated in mediation in Federal EEOC matters. Mr. DeMarco is able to add value to commercial dispute mediation because of his tax knowledge and broad range of experiences in business transactions.
